• The Escape Club is available at Trilogy Spa Sunday-Thursday, excluding spa holidays, at Trilogy Spa
• If you would like to upgrade your session, simply pay the difference between the retail price of your membership service and the retail price of the service to which you would like to upgrade
• Exclusive day spa access allows our members to visit Trilogy during The Escape Spa Club hours to enjoy our amenities, rooftop sundeck (Manhattan Beach), soaking tubs and experience showers. Space may be limited so please call in advance for availability.
• We will be happy to arrange standing monthly appointments for you
• Unused monthly treatments may be rolled forward for a maximum of (1) one month
• Memberships may not be shared, transferred or split
• Trilogy Spa 24-hour cancellation policy still applies for all appointments scheduled
• Cancel The Escape Club anytime with 60-days notice. Unfortunately cancellations done prior to one year are subject to a cancellation fee (of course the fee is waived if the Member is relocating at least 25 miles from Trilogy Spa)
• Customers will be charged between the 25th and the end of the month to the credit card provided and authorized for payment upon sign-up.
