1. Program Description Trilogy Spa at Metlox, LLC provides SMS services for both administrative and promotional purposes. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive:
Administrative Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and schedule changes for services booked via our website chat widget or Booker by MindBody platform.
Marketing Messages: "News and Promos," special offers, and event announcements, provided you have explicitly opted-in via our website chat widget or booking preferences during profile creation on Booker by MindBody platform..
2. User Opt-In & Consent Users opt-in by providing their phone number and checking a non-mandatory, explicit consent box on our website chat widget or by selecting "News and Promos" via text in their Booker profile. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase; you are not required to opt-in to receive any text messages to buy services or products from Trilogy Spa.
3. Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

5. Fees and Frequency Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and marketing preferences. Contact your wireless provider for details on your text or data plan.
6. Carrier Liability Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
